EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Course Level 2
The next EFT Level 2 Course will be held on 9 -16 - 23 November 2025
EFT Level 2 is designed to give you a complete experiential view of all the basic skills of EFT. It is a course that will allow you to go deep in a safe, gentle and effective way to take yourself or your clients/ loved ones on a wonderful journey of self-discovery, letting go and transforming emotions, thoughts, ways of being that no longer serve you.
We will learn and deepen the use of this tool, working with the energy of the Heart, expansion and transformation.
The techniques will be presented in detail, and we will discuss how to approach complex issues in a safe manner, respecting the person in her/his totality.
The course includes a theoretical part and a practical part, so you can gain experience and start to ‘feel’ how EFT works and applies it to complex situations.
EFT is definitely fast, effective and powerful and can be used for practically anything.
I consider transformational work with people a sacred act and it is an honour, as well as a pleasure and a passion, to teach EFT.
What I try to do in my classes is to convey the importance, sacredness and humility we have when we are in a healing space with another person. Often who we have in front of us brings what is deepest, vulnerable and hidden, and I think it is our duty and task to welcome this with respect, competence and love.
During this Course we will cover the following topics:
- physical issues – chasing the pain;
- how to work with metaphors;
- how to work with trauma;
- tearless trauma technique;
- key word technique;
- sneaking up technique
- working with limiting beliefs;
- additional points;
- sensory images;
- how to work with phobias;
- introduction of positive phrases;
- finding core issues;
- working with the inner child;
- conversational tapping;
- how to work if there are secondary gains;
- how to handle ab-reactions;
- group tapping;
- EFT by phone/Zoom;
- what is and how to do Pre-framing;
- what is and how to do Reframing;
- relationship building skills;
- EFT for children and animals;
- Surrogate EFT;
- Box technique.
EFT Level 2 is a 12-hour course, with a cost of 250 euros.
The course is internationally recognised by the EFT International Association.
Attending Level 2 is a necessary, but not sufficient, step for those wishing to become a Certified EFT International Practitioner.
Practitioner Certification
After completing EFTi Level 2, students have the option of obtaining Certification.
To become a Certified EFT Practitioner Accredited by EFTi, you must successfully complete the following steps:
- Pass the online exam with multiple choice questions at the EFTi International website.
- Submit a minimum of four case studies to your Trainer, three of which are on different people (one of which is audio- and video-recorded, and the other two, each consisting of two sessions), and one personal case study on yourself. The case studies must demonstrate a competent and professional application of the fundamental EFT skills acquired during Levels 1 and 2 training and post-course practice.
- Provide a demonstration (in person, or audio, or video) of an EFT session, and discuss this session with your Trainer. This session can count as one of the case studies.
- Complete a minimum of 50 EFT sessions (or hours of practice) working on at least 20 different people. Each session must last at least 45 minutes.
- Complete 6 hours of supervision with your Trainer.
Complete (if necessary) additional requests that your Trainer might ask you following the EFTi guidelines. Your Trainer/Mentor may request additional case studies, practice hours, one-to-one supervision meetings to complete your assessment.
