EFT Course Level 1

Emotional Freedom Technique: Energy, Heart, Body, Soul and… Transformation: these are the ingredients of this EFT Level 1 Course.

When I first encountered EFT I didn’t realise its power, perhaps it seemed a little “strange” and almost too fast  to believe. Today it is the tool I use most for myself and for the Well-Being of the people I work with.

EFT has the ability to bring us to work on our limiting thoughts, our emotions (which are often very hidden inside us), body memories and energies that are stuck in our system.

It is a life-changing technique and it is a joy and honour for me to be able to teach it, from the heart.

During the Course we will go through the basic technique, we will learn how to listen to ourselves and each other, to create a deep connection and to work in the magical and powerful space that unites Minds, Hearts and Souls.

With Level 1 Certification you can use EFT on yourself, friends and family. The explanations are supported by scientific notions so you can understand how EFT really works on every level of your Being.

• Working on dependencies;
• Concept of “Shared Benefits”;
• Introduction to working on physical issues;
• Apex Effect;
• 9 Gamut;
• Additional Points and Variants;
• Positive EFT;
• EFT and children;
• Personal Peace Procedure.

EFT Level 1 is a 12-hour course and participants will be provided with the following materials:

• Pre and post-course pdf files and video material;
• Manual and copies of the pdf slides used during the Course;
• Video recording of the Course (if done online and if all participants agree).

Completion of Level One will enable you to use EFT on yourself, friends and family; it is a prerequisite for continuing in your EFT training and does not confer the title of Practitioner (for which you need to acquire Level Two).

The cost of the course is 250 euros, including the course material described above.

The EFT Level 1 Course is recognised internationally by the EFT International Association.
