EFT Course Level 3

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Course Level 3

In this EFT Level 3 Course, I would like to offer you the opportunity to “go beyond” the method, to really get inside the heart of being not only an EFT Practitioner, but a Soul that supports the path of Healing at a deep and true level.

EFT will become a true Art that you will make more and more your own, and with which you can find a clear, deep, respectful and “caring” way with which to work together with your Clients.

In this course we will delve into working with the inner child, and see how it can be applied to pre-birth memories and to the moment of birth (both on the baby’s and mother’s side).

We will explore working with Parts and see different methods to achieve their Integration within our being. We will see how to work specifically with EFT by going on journeys to recover parts of our soul (shamanic approach for those who want!)

We will see how to deal with serious issues, for adults and also for children. We will delve into working on Limiting Beliefs and how throughout life we form our inner map of the world.

I believe that key in the helaing process is being in the Space of the Heart, creating a safe environment where people and their souls recognize each other and operate on a deep level. We will talk about intuition and see how to follow it to be more and more in the flow of what is best for our client.

I will discuss Polyvagal Theory and how it integrates wonderfully with EFT, as well as report with scientific basis the importance of working on emotions and body sensations (the Felt Sense) and how they are the link between mind and body.

We will delve into how trauma and stress act on a physiological/biological level by discussing the importance of somato-sensory information. There will be various hints and suggestions on how to work at the level of the Nervous System, leading the person to find Fundamental Resources within the Self.

In detail we will cover:
