Each session is a journey of discovery and re-discovery of the Self.
I consider this Healing work as Sacred, and I feel so honoured to be a tiny part of it. Each session is different and has its own flow to better meet your needs.
The Space that we create together is Safe and Sacred. You will find ypur powerful and infinite Resources, you will visit unexplored and difficult territories; you find your own Light again, you will meet with Your Self.
In the sessions, I use the approaches considered most suitable for the moment, to allow you to live and be with what is necessary, transform, let go, integrate and reconnect with your essence and authentic strength.
You will discover that you are much more than what you have gone through and thought until now, that you are stronger, that fears can be overcome … that the light is there.
